  Place the jewelry in its original 6 ICE packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards and protective pouches are included to maintain eligibility.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
