What materials are used in 6 ICE jewelry?
We use premium materials including 14k or 18k Gold plating over jeweler's brass or 925 Sterling Silver. Our stones are hand-set AAA grade Cubic Zirconia or VVS Moissanite, depending on the specific product collection.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. International shipping can take 7-15 business days. Please note that custom-made pieces require an additional 3-4 weeks for production.
Does the jewelry tarnish or turn skin green?
No, our jewelry is finished with a high-quality physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating to ensure durability and prevent fading or skin discoloration when cared for properly.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-designed pieces and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and production specifications.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all 6 ICE jewelry comes with a Lifetime Warranty. If your item fades or breaks under normal wear, we will replace it for free. Refer to our warranty page for full terms.
How should I maintain my jewelry?
To maintain shine, keep your jewelry away from water, sweat, and chemicals such as perfumes. After wearing, gently wipe the piece with a soft microfiber cloth and store it in your 6 ICE pouch.
